Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to assist you with your return/exchange. Any unused and unwashed original packaging products purchased within the past 45 days are eligible for return.

Please inspect your item upon receipt as returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. Once we have received an eligible return, we will process your return/exchange.

Once we have confirmed that your garment can be returned, we will send you our local return address. You can use your own shipping method and at your own expense.

Repack items into boxes or mail and drop off at your local post office. Please do this as soon as possible as your refund or exchange will not be processed until your returned item is shipped.
Please Note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for return or additional exchange.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. (We only refund the cost of the product, not including shipping.)

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will arrive in your account 7-25 business days after we receive the package. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the charge back。
